First DLC for Kingdom Come: Deliverance - From the Ashes
Although Kingdom Come: Deliverance has faced criticism (particularly due to bugs and moderate optimizations), it must be admitted that the game has won many hearts. Creation of the Czech studio Warhorse invites gamers to enjoy a rather atypical combat system and medieval Slavic setting, immersed in a simple but exciting story. Obviously, the developers do not intend to stop there, and therefore announced the first (of several) DLC for the game. From The Ashes gameplay will be slightly different from what we experienced in the original. As we can judge from the trailer-announcement of the add-on, in From The Ashes the main character, Indrich from Skalitsa, will receive the settlement of Pribyslavitsa "under the guardianship". Even in the main campaign, this region was not the best place where the Polovtsians and other small robbers were hiding. During the reconstruction of Pribyslavitsa, we will be able to build unique buildings at our discretion and decide who will live in these buildings. The DLC will offer other content as well, including a brand new horse for Jindrich. The add-on will be paid and will be available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in July. As you can see, game developers are increasingly experimenting with such additions. As in the new DLC for Prey: Mooncrash, where the storyline is almost completely absent, the creators of From The Ashes are focusing on new solutions, offering the audience a gameplay different from the base - something similar to SimCity or even The Sims. While waiting for the DLC, we can play in a completely new Hardcore Mode, which appeared the other day as part of the free game update (3.2 GB).
