In China, HMD Global has unveiled the new Nokia X7 smartphone. It surpasses in its characteristics not only Nokia X6, Nokia 6.1 Plus, but also the recently announced Nokia 7.1. The main reason for this is the large 6.18-inch display with advanced features.

The appearance of the model did not cause much surprise. The body is made of glass, the frame is made of metal. It has a power button and volume control on the right. Due to the ability to use a certain number of cores to solve the corresponding tasks, the load on the chipset is reduced, power consumption and heat dissipation are reduced. All this leads not only to an increase in the resource of the product, but also increases its capabilities.

The use of this processor makes it possible to expand the functionality of the Nokia X7 smartphone. As a result, the manufacturer's engineers found it possible to use the resource-demanding Zeiss dual camera. It has a 12 megapixel Sony IMX363 sensor. The additional sensor is slightly more powerful - 13 megapixels. It allows you to take clearer portrait shots with blurred backgrounds. Autofocus and optical image stabilization are included.

The front camera is endowed with a resolution of 20 megapixels. Her work allows for the ability to support artificial intelligence algorithms and portrait mode.

Other technical solutions include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0 and 4G VoLTE support.

Several new memory configurations have been created. RAM can be 4 or 6 GB, main memory - 64, 128 GB.

The slot for memory cards, it is already traditional, allows the installation of two SIM-cards or one and a memory card.

The rechargeable battery is endowed with a capacity of 3500 mAh.

The operating system is Android 8.1 Oreo. The developers have notified that this model is expected to receive updates for two years. Security patches will also come from Google over the next three years.

A Nokia X7 device in the simplest configuration will cost 1699 Yuan (16,000 rubles) , and the maximum price will be 2499 Yuan (23,700 rubles) .

In China, the product will start selling on October 23rd. Most likely, there it will be identified as Nokia 7.1 Plus. It is not yet known when sales in other markets will start.
