Another innovation is the battle royale mode. This mode in the game will be called Blackout and will offer an impressive location that is 1,500 times larger than any multiplayer map in the series. In Blackout, players will be able to use all types of equipment that were encountered in 3 parts of Black Ops, about a hundred types of weapons, familiar from all other games in the series, and also play as any of the characters in the series.

The zombie mode also did not stand aside, which will offer several companies of different styles. There will be three scenarios in total, available immediately after starting the game:

• IX - players will fight in a gladiatorial arena decorated in the style of ancient Rome

• Flight of Despair - will take gamers to a ship whose crew and passengers were cursed by an ancient curse

• Blood of the Dead is a completely redesigned location of Mob of the Dead, which by many fans of the series is called the best map for the zombie mode from the second part of Black Ops
