The protagonist of the game, Kal Kestis, receives his first lightsaber from a mentor who has died suddenly, putting on the young man's shoulders the building to revive the Jedi Order. Already in the first hours of the game, you will learn how to handle a plasma saber and you can find the first workbench on the ship, which will just be useful for modifying your main weapon.

The lightsaber in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order can be upgraded in five parameters at once, ranging from the color of the blade to the material from which the switch is made. But let's immediately answer that any of the modifications is intended only to change the appearance of the sword, do not rely on any damage amplifiers. Only hours of practice will make the sword in your hands a truly deadly weapon. Don't forget about skill leveling.

To find upgrades for the lightsaber in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, you have to carefully explore the game world and find dozens of chests that are scattered in abundance across the planets. At the same time, do not forget that in the lower left corner of the screen, when you open the map, you can see information about the number of unopened chests in the location.

How to unlock new lightsaber colors

At the early stage of the game, Cal's sword can glow in three colors: blue, green and orange for those who managed to buy Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order by pre-order. But don't worry, these are just a few of the options for customizing your weapon. Due to some plot circumstances that we will not reveal, Cal will have to assemble a new lightsaber and your sense of beauty will already be able to roam here.

Depending on the type of cyber crystal, the lightsaber comes in the following colors:

• Green
• Blue
• Orange
• Purple
• Yellow
• Indigo
• Cyan (aqua)
• Fuchsin (purple red)

Where to Find the Double Sided Lightsaber in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

Now let's move on to Darth Maul's favorite weapon - the two-sided sword. With due diligence, it can be found in the first 5 hours of the game. To begin with, you have to go to the planet Dathomir and explore the Strangled Rocks location. We warn you right away - the sandy planet will not welcome you with open arms and at the initial levels opponents may seem even too strong.

Follow the quest guide and in the Brother's Bastion you will come across a mysterious stranger in a black cassock. After talking with him, go down the path on the left until you find the entrance to the cave (see the exact location of the cave in the screenshot below). Go a little further and congratulations, you've found a double-edged sword in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

There is another option to get a modification - to go to the planet Bogano. But keep in mind that at the initial stages you simply will not be able to open access to a two-sided sword at the location, since to complete certain sections you will need to learn the Power thrust skill.

As much as we would not like it, but the two-sided sword cannot be called the ultimate weapon. In fact, its damage is even lower than that of a standard blade. However, this drawback is more than compensated for by more effective reflection of the shots of attack aircraft and sweeping blows, which will be useful for shredding numerous enemy squads.
