Popular Hollywood actor and producer Sylvester Stallone and Warner Bros. have settled their differences out of court. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the parties entered into an agreement, the details of which were not disclosed.

Recall that Sylvester Stallone filed a lawsuit against Warner Bros. in April 2017. The actor insisted that he should have received 15 to 20 percent of the box office for the 1993 sci-fi action movie Destroyer. The movie eventually grossed $ 159 million worldwide, but the studio claimed that the project was unprofitable, so no additional payments were due to the leading actor.

Following Sylvester Stallone's request to audit Warner Bros. agreed to pay him $ 2.8 million unconditionally, but the actor still decided to bring the case to court. Later, the Los Angeles Supreme Court rejected the studio's request to close the case and even allowed Stallone to bring forward a more serious charge of systematically misleading Warner Bros. partners whose contracts were supposed to pay interest.
