Introduced gaming smartphone with built-in fan
ZTE has officially unveiled the Nubia gaming smartphone with a new way to cool its components. In order to maintain high performance in heavy games, the Red Magic 3 is equipped with a fan that rotates at a speed of 14,000 rpm. A built-in liquid cooling system is located around it. The manufacturer explains this decision by increasing the effective heat transfer up to five times. Red Magic 3 received a premium Snapdragon 855 chipset, supplemented by the Adreno 640 graphics component. Various modifications of the device have 6, 8 and 12 GB of RAM. Builds differ in the amount of built-in storage by 64, 128 or 256 GB. The presented smartphone ZTE Nubia received a 6.65-inch screen on an AMOLED matrix with support for FullHD + resolution. The frame refresh rate reaches 90 Hz. This unit supports high dynamic range HDR. The sound system of the smartphone is represented by front speakers with stereo sound and three microphones. The speakers are conceived by the manufacturer as a tool for better reproduction of gaming sound, not as a tool for listening to music. The three-microphone system is enhanced with artificial intelligence technology. With its help, the player's voice and extraneous noise are separated so that the participant's speech is clearly recognized in the game chat. In addition, the fan-cooled Nubia smartphone vibrates in time with loud noises (explosions, gunfire) that are present in many games.  The manufacturer decided that a single photo sensor is enough for a gaming smartphone, so the Nubia Red Magic 3 camera on the back side is represented by a single 48 MP Sony IMX586 module with f / 1.75 aperture. The front lens has a resolution of 16 MP. The device is supplemented with a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack. The device is powered by a 5000 mAh battery with support for fast charging technology. According to the developers, the battery charge provides more than 8 hours of active use for games. The manufacturer did a good job on the design and additional options for its new product. The back panel of the smartphone is complemented by LED backlighting with support for a variety of color options that can be customized. For some games, special sensors on the body of the device can be used as buttons. The proprietary solution Red Magic Game Space 2.0 allows you to activate additional gaming and design tools, including the ability to adjust the fan speed, temperature tracking, customize notifications, video screen capture and more.  The default software system for Nubia smartphones is Android 9.0 (Pie), supplemented by the proprietary Redmagic OS 2.0 firmware. The smartphone supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth standards, GPS, GLONASS and Beidou technologies, supplemented with a USB Type-C connector. The device provides operation in 4G / LTE networks.
