New Battletoads Trailer

When the Battletoads trailer was shown at E3 2019, the audience was unhappy and the video was uploaded. Nothing has changed at Gamescom 2019 - gamers still don't like the game.

In the gameplay shown, we are likely seeing tutorials [hinted at by the tooltips below]. Toads do combo attacks, transform into different objects, can dodge and pull enemies with their tongue. The game also encourages keeping the pace, and there is a combat rank counter. It sounds good, but in reality it doesn't.

The trailer clearly shows that the gameplay looks slow, due to the large number of characters and enemies, it is difficult to understand what is happening on the screen, and the registration of a hit looks kind of strange. Disliked by gamers in the comments under the gameplay and visual style. It's not that he's bad, it's just that it doesn't sound like Battletoads at all. But the music is in order and it is as cool as in the original.

The game will be released next year on Xone. Other platforms are not specified.

A remake of Yakuza 3 has been announced - you can play it now. The next games will be released in autumn and winter

Sega is actively involved in remakes of the Yakuza series. Last year they announced remakes of parts 3, 4 and 5 for Japan. However, Gamescom 2019 announced that the games will be released this year in the west. Yakuza 3 can be played right now. Yakuza 4 will be released on October 29th, and Yakuza 5 on February 11th.

The improvements include 60fps / 1080p, new English localization, karaoke with English songs and a lot of new content.

Games will go on sale both separately and as a set. We were not told any new information about the PC remakes of the Kiwami series.

Denuvo will release anti-piracy protection for mobile

Who Doesn't Know Denuvo is a security company for video games that prevents pirates from hacking them. It also lowers the frame rate in the game. From the Gamescom 2019 stage, Denuvo announced Mobile Game Protection for mobile gaming.

The company promises that players will get the best experience from the gameplay, and the developers will not lose money. In addition, users will no longer be able to make mods or fix bugs. Mobile Game Protection is installed by the Denuvo client without any problems on the product source code. It can also create protection for a specific game.

Characters in Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 Can Creep Into Your Trust

There will be a lot of dialogues in the game - that's understandable. But according to Florian Schwarzer, Product Manager for Paradox Interactive, they will go deeper than they seem.

The protagonist of the game, having befriended some characters, can do this to drink blood or for information. You can have other types of relationships with characters, even romantic ones. So, you can have an affair with another vampire or person. However, your new partner can also turn out to be that still mercantile asshole, and rub into your trust for the sake of his ulterior motives, which will lead to interesting consequences.

The complexity of the relationship will depend on which clan you join.

New Side Activities in Shenmue 3

Side activities are everything. In a video for an in-game exhibition entitled "A Day at Shenmue 3," we were shown a number of optional activities that are purely for fun.

You can talk to merchants, squander money in a hall with arcade machines [for example, throw balls into the pocket, fight a boxing machine], and then go and practice kung fu with amateurs of this discipline or professionals.

You can already pre-order the game. Shenmue 3 will be released on November 19 on the Epic Game Store, with a demo available in September.

SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom Remake Gameplay Trailer

THQ Nordic's unexpected remake of 2003's game is underway. At Gamescom 2019, we were even shown the gameplay. In it we saw the game for Bob, but in addition to him we will also play for Sandy, Squidward and Patrick. All heroes are trying to save Bikini Bot from the invasion of Plankton robots.

The remake boasts a co-op both over the network and on a single device. Cut content from the original Battle for Bikini Bottom will also be added to the game. For example, the boss of Robosquidward.

It will be possible to surf the expanses of Bikini Atoll on all current platforms. The game has no release date yet.

New Cyberpunk 2077 Screenshots

CD Project Red did not bring adequate details or new trailers of their future game to the new game exhibition. But they gave us some new screenshots. From the public information about the game, we have only one news - Cyberpunk will also be released for the Google Stadia service.

Norman Reedus [not] saving America

In fact, Hideo Kojima brought not three Death Stranding trailers to the exhibition in Germany, but four. Only the last one could be viewed exclusively at the PlayStation stand. An IGN journalist described what he saw.

In the trailer, Amelie and Dyhardman convince Sam to continue their cause and unite the United Cities of America. They launched this project a few years ago, and Amelie went from coast to coast, convincing people to connect to some kind of Chiral Network.

At the time of the game, she is the president of the SGA However, the journalist believes that she is already dead. Amelie tells Sam that her body is still on the shore. Apparently, this coast is in the other world.

Next, she includes a holographic projection of her work done. We learn that she was kidnapped by separatists from the Homo Demens organization, but somehow she can create her own projection in front of the hero and talk to him [yes, everything is so complicated].

The characters ask Sam to continue connecting people to the Chiral Network, but Sam refuses and leaves.

This was all the important news from Gamescom 2019, stay tuned.
