This caused the chipset to heat up, which in turn led to a decrease in the clock frequency. Apple has informed users about the creation of an update for macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 to fix overheating of the device during active use. Previously, users of the recently released novelty noticed that the MacBook Pro is exposed to extremely high temperatures during intensive use. This resulted in a general decrease in device performance, which does not allow the chipset to fail completely.
