The Huawei Honor 8C smartphone will appear on the USA market in the very near future - a novelty positioned by the manufacturer as a flagship due to some technical features, including cameras with built-in artificial intelligence technology. Another feature of the phone is the large 4000mAh battery. The model follows its predecessor, the Honor 7C, which was released this spring.

Design Features

The new Honor 8C smartphone has a 6.26-inch 720 x 1520 frameless screen with support for the HD + image standard. There is a recess for the camera at the top. The device is equipped with a fingerprint scanner, supports two SIM cards, 4G communication standard, wireless technologies Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and GLONASS navigation. The amount of RAM and internal storage is 3 and 32 GB, respectively. Additionally, it is possible to install a microSD memory card up to 256 GB without the need to disconnect the second SIM card.

The device is powered by an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 chipset. According to the manufacturer's press release, Huawei Honor 8C is the first device equipped with this processor model. The company also claims a performance boost of up to 40% when compared to its predecessor, the Snapdragon 626.

Top Features

The manufacturer puts Honor 8C on a par with market flagships thanks to the design of the main dual camera (13 and 2 MP). The AI-enhanced camera recognizes about 500 shooting scenarios. Additionally, video recording is provided at a resolution of 4160 x 3120. Also, Huawei calls the presence of an f / 1.8 aperture in the lens, which ensures the quality of shooting in low light.
