Hyperloop Transport Technologies showcased its innovative passenger capsule vehicle.

The futuristic novelty is presented in full size and is capable of picking up speed up to 1200 kilometers per hour. The inspiration behind the California startup was Elon Musk, who proposed the concept of "transport of the future" about five years ago.

Despite the fact that the project initially seemed fantastic, the developers gradually transformed the idea into a real implementation. After several tests, the concept of a passenger capsule was still implemented. According to the company, in the future it will find application in one of the first commercial areas of Hyperloop.

Composite materials form the basis of almost the entire structure. The total length of the capsule is about 32 meters, the passenger compartment is about half the length. Average capacity is 40 passengers. The concept was named Quintero One.

According to some reports, the design of the interior space has many solutions, and all of them are made in the same sci-fi style. As Hyperloop representatives explain, their areas of interest include a variety of interior options that go beyond the standard boundaries of simple seating arrangements. Also, the vehicle is provided with a bathroom, which, apparently, implies free movement inside the capsule during its movement.

165,000 people will fly in capsules monthly

The company plans that passenger capsules will be dispatched within 40 seconds. This schedule will allow for the daily transportation of approximately 165,000 people. After the official demonstration, the concept will be redirected to France, where a one kilometer test road is being built.

Hyperloop Transportation Technologies is one of two developers associated with the design of passenger capsules.

In addition to further developing its project in France, the company intends to additionally launch the California Hyperloop, five miles long. Its "close relative" - Virgin Hyperloop One a little earlier also presented its technological vision of the capsule at a profile event in Dubai.
