The Witcher Series

However, this is not surprising, because since the completion of the trilogy, the gaming industry has not even come close to letting in a single Sci-Fi game that could offer such a scale, while not forgetting to pay attention to the smallest details of a complex universe and the characters' characters. And, finally, the already familiar system with the import of saves, but executed in an order of magnitude more detailed and more complex than in The Witcher trilogy, which makes the Mass Effect trilogy a unique phenomenon in the gaming industry.

Divinity: Original Sin 2

In addition to Action-RPG during the Covid-19 pandemic, it will not be superfluous to devote a little time to a little more classic, isometric CRPG, especially if you previously avoided new items in the genre for some reason. In our opinion, the ideal choice is Divinity: Original Sin 2, which managed to shake up the turn-based role-playing genre in one fell swoop due to impressive interactivity and cooperative passage of up to 4 people at a time. The recent demonstration of Baldurs Gate 3, which, most likely, will become a logical continuation of the gameplay ideas of Divinity: Original Sin 2, betrayed additional relevance to the game.

Pathfinder: Kingmaker

Czech developers from Warhorse have managed to create a game that you want to love and hate. For every positive moment, there is at least one gameplay flaw or bug, and this is not to mention the fanatical commitment of developers to realism in every detail, which can also often be annoying. But for all the contradictions, Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a unique role-playing game, capable of capturing a hundred or two hours with all the DLCs. A vacation in medieval Bohemia is one of the best options for exciting self-isolation during the coronavirus pandemic.

Red Dead Redemption 2

Serious, dramatic, unhurried - such epithets are the last thing you expect to hear about Rockstar games, familiar to the world mainly from the GTA series. Of course, RDR 2 as a massive hundred-hour work did not escape a fair amount of humor and self-irony, which immediately recognizes the handwriting of "Rockstars", but otherwise you need to be prepared that Red Dead Redemption 2 is in no hurry to entertain in the manner of GTA. The main task that the developers set themselves was to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the cruel and unhurried Wild West, which, together with the outstanding elaboration of the game world, creates one of the most impressive adventures of the last decade.

God of War

The game will not be able to offer ingenious finds like in "Mechanical Mansion" from Dishonored 2, but it will please with a much more interesting plot and complex gameplay, taking the best from Bioshock and System Shock 2.
