In this article, we'll show you how you can disable or enable pop-up blockers.

While browsing the Internet, we constantly encounter pop-ups. They are elements of a site page that may contain advertisements, help, or a page for downloading a file. At the same time, if pop-up blocking is enabled, the browser will give you a message that this window is blocked. In this article, we'll show you how to enable or disable pop-up blockers.

For example, we will use the operating system Windows Vista, but immediately note that in other popular operating systems of the Windows family, pop-up windows are handled almost the same way.

So, first click Start and open Control Panel (Figure 1).
