While gamers keep counting down the days (or even years) until the release of Cyberpunk 2077, the developers continue to throw in more and more bits of information about the new game in the cyberpunk setting. It became known that their "Cyberpunk " game will be radically different from "The Witcher 3 " and it means not only the first-person view, but also the character leveling system, which will be more similar to the The Elder Scrolls series.

This interesting detail was shared by the developers on the game's official Twitter channel. Based on the words of CD Project, they offer a different take on leveling than the Cyberpunk 2020 board game. In the tabletop, when raising the level, he could spend points to improve any skill he liked, in principle, such a system was in the The Witcher series.

But in Cyberpunk 2077 there will be a slightly different system: the presence of both basic attributes, such as strength and reflexes, which are pumped in the same way as in the board game, and skills are promised. And it is the skills that improve depending on how often you use them. This system is not new in RPGs and is a hallmark of The Elder Scrolls series. The developers also have not forgotten about the many perks that can be bought for experience points or a special currency - "Street Cred".

In a separate tweet, the Poles confirmed that they have plans to seriously tackle the localization of their RPG to domestic gaming markets. In total, Cyberpunk 2077 will support 14 languages at the time of release, including, of course, the USA version can be expected. We hope that the CD Project will approach the USA voice acting of Cyberpunk 2077 as responsibly as in the case of The Witcher series.

The developers are silent about at least an approximate release date, but to while away the wait for Cyberpunk 2077, we suggest paying attention to the top 10 best cyberpunk games.
