Asus has released a new device that continues the lineup of the popular series - the Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 smartphone has better battery life, performance, photo quality and reliability when compared with its predecessors. The strengths of the device are the Snapdragon 660 chipset, a 5000 mAh battery, a screen with a proprietary sixth generation Corning Gorilla Glass protective coating, a “smart” camera equipped with a highly sensitive Sony sensor. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset with the optional Qualcomm AI Engine has provided the Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 with 11% more power and a third of its graphics capabilities compared to its predecessor. The device is equipped with three ports for two SIM cards and a microSD card. The novelty is presented in assemblies with a volume of 64 and 128 GB of internal storage, the capacity of the RAM is 4 GB. The device received an NFC module for contactless payments. Despite the thinner dimensions, the Asus Zenfon Max Pro M2 smartphone has good autonomy due to the battery, which holds the device charge for more than a month in standby mode and up to 2 days with active use. For games, the battery capacity is enough for 10 hours, surfing the Internet - up to 23 hours, and for watching videos - about 19 hours.  Unlike the early models in the family, ZenFone Max Pro has the most technically advanced camera system. With PDAF autofocus and EIS stabilization, the camera is able to detect all objects and scenes in any light level without the need for additional settings. The camera is equipped with a Sony IMX486 sensor with high light sensitivity and resolution. For photographs that emphasize a single subject (for example, portraits), the second main camera supports the technology of separating the main subject in front and the general background to provide a bokeh effect in which the focus is in the foreground and the background is blurred. The announced Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 smartphone has a 6.3-inch display with Full HD + support. The screen features high contrast and brightness. Sound quality is ensured by a 5-magnet speaker, NXP amplifier. The cost of a 4/64 GB device starts at RUB 18,000.
