Ghost of Tsushima - Sucker Punch's First Samurai Action Trailer
Sony's E3 2018 conference was marked by yet another gameplay presentation of the expected exclusive - Ghost of Tsushima. The new video demonstrates the combat system and surroundings of a Japanese medieval town, which is under the occupation of Mongolian troops. The game is being developed by Sucker Punch and is preparing for release exclusively for the PS 4 console. Samurai action will take place in an open world and tell the tragic story of the Japanese island of Tsushima. The main character will be a samurai named Dzina Sakai, who will fight the Mongol invaders who terrorized the land of the Rising Sun in 1274-1281. Other characters will also meet, for example, the woman Masako, who skillfully knows how to wield a bow and a samurai sword. In general, in Ghost of Tsushima, the developers promise to provide gamers with a brutal and exciting story that will correspond to all the traditions of samurai works.  The creators of the game did not share additional gameplay details, but from the trailer it becomes clear that the combat system will be close to the Batman Arkham series. This means that reaction speed and a timely counterattack will be of decisive importance for defeating opponents. A grappling hook has also been spotted making it possible to quickly climb buildings. As with many other games at Sony's launch, the likely release date for Ghost of Tsushima remains under wraps.
