Devil May Cry 5 Announced - Gameplay Trailer Premiere and First Plot Details
Capcom also decided to keep up with the general hype and announced Devil May Cry 5. The new part of the series has nothing to do with the relaunch of DC and is being developed by a Japanese studio that gave us all the original releases of the Devil May Cry series. Leads the development of Hideaki Itsuno, who was responsible for the creation of Devil May Cry 3.4 and the Action-RPG Dragons Dogma. The main character will again be Nero, who changed his hairstyle and tragically lost his demonic hand. Instead, Nero will receive a high-tech prosthesis that can transform into various weapons. It will be possible to buy additional modifications to the robotic arm from Niko, who will help the hero in his next confrontation with demonic forces. In Devil May Cry 5, there will be 3 playable heroes at once: Nero, Dante, who can be seen at the end of the trailer, and an unannounced character. Despite the fact that Capcom tried to forget DmC, the influence of Ninja Theory is easily recognized in the new trailer. For example, the setting has become much more realistic, and the camera is no longer fixed and smoothly follows the protagonist's back.  Devil May Cry 5 is expected to be released early next year for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. The Xbox One X version will receive additional graphical improvements.
