An insider spoke about the cameras of the future iPhone 13

In his Twitter account, one of the insiders specializing in Apple products posted a sketch of the main camera of the iPhone 13.

He also spoke about his assumptions about the technical equipment of the module.

The design of the entire block is similar to that of the iPhone 12 Pro. It also has four sensors with square borders. The difference lies in the presence of a fifth sensor located below.

The network informant told in sufficient detail about each lens of the device. According to him, the iPhone 13 will receive the following lenses: the main 64-megapixel one with a single optical zoom and 6x digital zoom, a 40-megapixel telephoto sensor with a 15-20x digital zoom and an anamorphic 64-megapixel sensor designed for shooting video with 2.1: 1 aspect ratio

The fourth 40-megapixel lens serves as an ultra-wide-angle lens. The bottom gauge is, according to an insider, the latest version of LiDAR 4.0. Its previous counterpart is now used in the iPad Pro.

Experts have already evaluated this data. If all this is true, then the future iPhone will be one of the most powerful camera phones. This is now the iPhone 11 Pro Max, despite the fact that its camera has a number of significant flaws, and competitors have powerful filling.

For example, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is equipped with a 108MP sensor and a telephoto lens with 10x optical zoom.

What kind of camera the Apple smartphone will have next year can only be guessed, based on the arguments of insiders. This year there will be a lineup of four models: two iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro.

The cheaper devices will be equipped with main cameras with two sensors, while the Pro versions will receive a LiDAR depth sensor and three lenses.

It is also assumed that the devices will be equipped with the Apple A14 mobile platform, OLED displays and modules for working in fifth generation networks.

ZTE has been awarded a patent for a triple fold device

Nowadays, few people can be surprised by the form factor of a foldable smartphone. Usually, these are devices equipped with one hinge, which allows them to be folded in a vertical or horizontal plane.

ZTE has developed its own concept for such a gadget. Its uniqueness lies in the presence of two hinges, which help the apparatus to fold three times.

A Chinese manufacturer of such work was reported by ZTE, claiming that the company has filed a patent application with CNIPA. The accompanying documents contain a diagram of the device. When fully unfolded (outward), it forms an apparatus that resembles a tablet in shape. This makes one part thicker than the other.

Obviously, this is necessary to support the ability to control the device.

Last year, one of the competitors of this manufacturer, TCL, showed a prototype of a similar product, but without a working screen.

Details of the new ZTE product are not yet available. It is not clear if it will have any buttons, keys, ports. Nothing is said about the cameras either. This leads to the conclusion that the project is still "raw" and the engineers of the Chinese company are continuing to work on it. It is still far from the release of the device.

There are many questions about the new project. For the most part, they relate to the practicality of a device of this form factor. Nevertheless, everyone who looked at the new patent pointed to its originality and promise.

The idea is interesting for its uniqueness. It opens up new horizons for this type of device.

ZTE will launch a new budget smartphone soon

In March, ZTE announced the Axon 11 device, but, according to insiders, another smartphone, the ZTE Axon 11 SE, will be released soon.

This was reported by the well-known network informant Roland Quandt. He posted several images of the novelty on the web and talked about its equipment.

The specialist points out that the ZTE Axon 11 SE will be equipped with a 6.5-inch display with an embedded front camera. It is based on the MediaTek Dimensity 800 mobile platform, which is similar in performance to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 700 series processors. 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory will help him in his work.

It is possible that a more functional version of a smartphone with a 8/256 GB memory specification will appear.

The device will also have a main camera with four sensors. The main one here is 48 megapixel.

Autonomy will provide a 4000 mAh battery with support for fast charging.

The ZTE Axon 11 SE is expected to cost at least $ 300. The smartphone will be announced soon.
