According to the website The Hollywood Reporter, the star of The Walking Dead signed up to take part in the filming of the action movie 22nd Mile.The film will be the next collaboration between director Peter Berg and Mark Wahlberg after Horizon Deep and Patriot Day. The protagonist is a CIA agent (Wahlberg) who, together with an Indonesian cop (Iko Weiss), must cover a distance of 22 miles in order to transport an informant from the city center to the takeoff field. However, before reaching their destination, they will have to withstand the fight against corrupt police officers and the locals armed to the teeth. The cast also includes Rhonda Rousey and John Malkovich, and filming is due to begin later this month. STXfilms has high hopes for the action with a TV spin-off and virtual reality project. However, given the experience of "The Dark Tower", it is better for the studio to wait for the release of the film before making such ambitious plans.  Ashley Judd (Violent Crimes) will accompany Edward James Olmos and Alexandra Shipp on the set of A Dog's Way Home, based on the bestseller of the same name by W. Bruce Cameron (A Dog's Life). The director's chair for the film adaptation was given to Charles Martin Smith (The Dolphin Story). The film follows the adventures of Bella, a dog on a long journey home after being separated from her beloved owner, budding medical student Lucas. Along the way, Bella will change the lives of many, from a little lion cub to a homeless veteran, as she brings happiness to everyone she meets.  Dave Foley ("Dr. Ken") heads to the set of the comedy Second Act, where his co-stars are Jennifer Lopez, Lea Remini, Vanessa Ann Hudgens, Milo Ventimiglia and Annalie Ashford. The speech in Peter Segal's tape will focus on a sales assistant from a huge shopping center (Lopez), who will try to prove to others the advantage of life experience over higher education. Foley will play Felix Herman, a self-confident chemist whose moral principles are not credible. Felix works for a large company and is the creator of several popular skin care products.
