Is the Export Vice sequel still alive?
Some time ago, director David Cronenberg planned to shoot a sequel to his thriller " Vice for Export ". As a result, the circumstances were not in favor of the filmmaker, and it seemed that the project had sunk into oblivion. However, the Den of Geek portal reports encouraging news for those who were still waiting for a sequel. The idea will be brought to life, and it will happen very soon - the shooting of the tape, called Body Cross , should start in London this March.In addition, the journalists managed to get a synopsis of the second part.Its action will unfold immediately after the events of the first film - Kirill is fully confident that he and his driver Nikolai have become the head of the mafia. But Kirill has no idea that Nikolai is actually an undercover agent working for FSB . The script for the sequel was written by Stephen Knight ("Peaky Blinders" / Peaky Blinders ), but there has been no official confirmation of the filming of the film, and it is not known whether Cronenberg is planning to lead the work on second part.  Vice for Export starring Viggo Mortensen and Vincent Cassel was released in 2007. The film earned Mortensen a Oscar nomination and received many accolades from critics and audiences.
