Posters: A Different Look at Ghost Stories
British cinema has long provided the audience with horror films with a special English charm. It is worth remembering at least the anthologies from the studio Amicus ("House of Horrors of Doctor Terror", "Tales from the Crypt"), Gothic from Hammer ("The Curse of Frankenstein", "Dracula") or the tape "28 Days Later" by Danny Boyle, which became a new word in zombie horror genre. In April next year, the film "Ghost Stories" will be added to this list, one of the main roles in which was played by Martin Freeman. You can see him in the poster presented in today's selection.The film is based on a play by Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman, once nominated for a Laurence Olivier Theater Award. The duo himself led the filming of the film adaptation, and Nyman also played in it Professor Phillip Goodman, a skeptic psychologist whose beliefs were shaken after a letter from a former mentor. The fact is that Goodman believed that Charles Cameron, who disappeared 15 years ago, had died. However, he turned out to be alive and now asks for help from the professor in the investigation of three cases. Goodman will have to meet three people who have such creepy stories in their stock that even a skeptic will believe the impossible ... Nyman and Dyson, by the way, promised that the tape will make the audience laugh and scream with fear at the same time and will haunt them for a long time in their dreams. New posters were also acquired by Justice League, the eighth episode of Star Wars and the last Saw, which for several days at the box office did not show anything extraordinary and managed to disappoint fans of the franchise with its mediocrity.
