As for potential performers of the young Lando , the publication mentions Donald Glover - a musician and actor who became famous on television and slowly conquers the cinema screens. The recent appearance in The Martian is to be followed by a role in the rebooted Spider-Man, which is slated for release next summer. At the moment, Donald is the only candidate that the portal writes about, calling him the first and main contender for the role. However, no official confirmation of the casting of Glover has been received yet.  According to the script, written by Lawrence and John Kasdanami, along with Calrissian and Solo , Chewbacca , a friend and partner of the protagonist, should also appear in the film.
