Woody Allen will work with Belushi and Timberlake
Despite modest budgets by today's standards, Woody Allen's films always boast an outstanding cast. Over the past five years, the legendary director has shot six films in which both renowned veterans (Katie Bates, Alec Baldwin) and the best representatives of the younger generation (Emma Stone, Jesse Eisenberg) shone.Now The Hollywood Reporter announces an interesting casting of a new, as yet unnamed production of the filmmaker. It will feature James Belushi , Justin Timberlake and Juno Temple . The trinity will join Kate Winslet, who got her role last month. Woody will once again be directing the film from his own script, and the filming will take place this fall. The details of the plot, as is often the case with the paintings of Allen , are kept secret, but it is reported that viewers are waiting for a historical drama, which will take place in the late 50s of the last century in New York. It is known that the events of the tape will develop around the characters Winslet and Belushi , while Timberlake and Temple will play supporting roles.  While the new film Woody Allen is at the preproduction stage, the director is finishing work on the first television series in his career. He wrote the script for all the episodes, directed them, and also starred in a TV show with Miley Cyrus and Elaine May. The premiere of the six-part project should take place this year on the online service Amazon .  The director's latest film, the romantic drama High Life, opens in theaters on 21 July .
