Moyer will raise mutants
Taking a break from mystical projects, Stephen Moyer will again play in a show that will not be complete without superhuman capabilities. According to Variety , the actor got the lead role in the pilot of an as-yet-untitled series set in the X-Men universe.In the center of the plot are ordinary parents of unusual children. One day a married couple discovers that their offspring have supernatural powers. Given that the state persecutes all owners of the X gene, the parents decide to leave their usual life. They choose to wander with children instead of living without children. By chance, the heroes get acquainted with other mutants who are fighting the existing regime. This is how their life begins in the ranks of the resistance ...  Moyer got the role of the father of the family - an honest man, whose main ability will be to take care of the welfare of loved ones. The series is being developed by screenwriter Matt Nix and MCU X-Men "father" Brian Singer. The latter will also direct the pilot episode of the series. If the efforts of Singer suit the taste of the bosses of the TV channel Fox , they will place an order for a full season.
