Bruce Willis will follow the trail of the Beast
Spoiler alert! After the release of The Sixth Sense M. Night Shyamalan proved that unexpected plot twists are his strong point. And no matter how many moviegoers argue about the director's strengths and weaknesses, he presented the most important surprise this year. Back in January, Shyamalan announced his desire to shoot a picture that would unite the heroes of "Invincible" and "Split" and become the end of a kind of trilogy. Now he has finally confirmed that the universes of his films will intersect on the big screens, and how it will end, viewers will find out in 2019. Recall that the thriller "Split" tells about a man named Kevin Crumb (James McAvoy), in which more than two dozen personalities live. As a result, it turned out that the action of the tape takes place in the same universe as the events of "Invincible" , and Bruce Willis's cameo came as a complete surprise to the audience.  On Twitter, Shyamalan announced that the third film of this universe will be titled Glass and will be released on January 18, 2019 . The film will be shot by Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson, who starred in Invincible , as well as McAvoy and Anya Taylor-Joy , whose heroine miraculously managed to survive in Split . Since the script for the new film is already ready, Shyamalan decided to reveal some details of its plot. Thus, David Dunn performed by Willis will follow the trail of The Beast , the superhuman alter ego of Kevin Crumb , but the chief conductor the entire performance will be Elijah Price ( Jackson ), who knows the secrets of both Dunn and Crumb .  Cinematic universes are commonplace today. The fashion for them was set by the superheroes Marvel , after which other studios took up the trend. Today, viewers see giants like Warner Bros. and Universal trying to build their own universes. But if entire creative teams are involved in their creation, then independent filmmakers do not have such opportunities. So Shyamalan in this difficult business can be called a kind of pioneer.
