The failed Crow director will go to hell
Last September, we reported that Paramount Pictures is preparing an action movie called Hell Bent . Then Mikael Hofstrom planned to be at the helm of the project, but now the site Deadline reports that the studio management has found another director. The film will be directed by Corinne Hardy , whose name was recently heard by moviegoers in connection with the remake of The Crow.The new project is described by its creators as the "Dirty Dozen" who went to hell. The script is written by Michael Finch (Predators) and is produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Mark Vakhradyan (Transformers). According to the plot of the picture, a group of mercenaries who were in Brazilian prisons dies and goes to hell. There, on their way, they meet a priest who intends to use the skills of criminals to fight Lucifer , who is preparing to create an apocalypse on Earth. The source reports that Paramount bosses are planning to allocate $ 60 million to create an action movie and see it as the beginning of a potential franchise.  Before Hardy was hired to lead the remake of The Crow , he was best known as a director of short films and video clips.
