The Mindhunter Maniac will help Lisbeth Salander
After playing serial killer Edmund Kemper in the new crime television series The Mindhunter, Cameron Britton decided to take the other side of the law in the upcoming adaptation of the thriller The Girl Who Was Trapped in the Web by David Lagerkranz. The tape is a sequel to "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" with Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara in the lead roles.This time the mysterious Lisbeth Salander was spotted by Sony bosses in Claire Foy, Claes Bang was approved for the role of the main antagonist, and Sylvia Hooks (Blade Runner 2049) in The Girl is to become Salander's evil sister. According to Variety, Britton will play a computer expert to whom the main character will turn for help. Who will try on the image of Mikael Blomkvist is still a mystery. The director's chair was taken by Federico Alvarez, who collaborated with Sony on the thriller Don't Breathe. Lagercrantz and Stephen Knight wrote the script. Amy Pascal, Scott Rudin and Elizabeth Cantillon are responsible for funding.  Filming of the sequel takes place in Berlin and Stockholm, and the premiere is scheduled for October 19 next year.
