Bond writers will take on the thriller Jo Nesbe
Yesterday it became known that Tobey Maguire will make his directorial debut with a film adaptation of the novel Jo Nesbe " Blood on the Snow ", and today another pleasant news came from Hollywood for fans of the talent of the popular Norwegian writer ... According to Deadline , SF Studios and RVK Studios have begun work on a tape based on his book “ I Am Victor ".The novel Nesbe is currently being prepared for publication. It is expected that the main character will be an expert on divorce proceedings, who is suspected of committing a series of brutal murders. The protagonist will have no choice but to jump on the run and try to find the real criminal ... It is curious that the first attempt to transfer the characters of the yet unpublished novel to the screens was made four years ago. Back then, the rights to film were owned by NBC . The creators of the series took on the lead role of John Stamos and came up with a very intriguing logline: "Imagine that Dr. House became a divorce lawyer." To the disappointment of connoisseurs of Nesbe creativity, the pilot episode of the drama failed to impress the bosses of the television network.  This time the novel “ I am Victor ” is being filmed in the form of a full-length film. The script will be written by the six-part Bond films Neil Purvis and Robert Wade and directed and produced by Balthasar Cormacour (Everest). Purvis and Wade are also currently working on the plot of Bond 25, while Cormacour is preparing for the filming of the drama Adrift.
