Wonder Boxer
Only yesterday we reported that NBC and Vin Diesel are preparing a sports drama about boxing, and today the cable channel TNT hastened to announce the launch of a project with a similar theme. But if the NBC series is dedicated to amateurs from the disadvantaged area of Chicago, then TNT will tell about the life of professional boxer and trainer Ann Wolfe.The potential series tentatively titled Beast Mode is the story of a wicked and broken woman who follows the "you or you" principle. And while this attitude towards life makes the heroine an excellent coach, outside the ring it brings some problems. David Shneiderman (First Daughter, Level Up) is in charge of the script for the show. Ann Wolfe is a seasoned boxer who has lost just one match in her professional career and won the remaining 24, two-thirds of which ended in knockouts for her rivals. Wolfe has coached many famous athletes, and this year Anne made her big-screen debut playing the Amazon Artemis in Wonder Woman.  Apparently, the entire team of "Wonder Woman" liked the TNT management. In addition to the Ann Wolfe project, the cable network, in collaboration with director Patty Jenkins, is also preparing the drama One Day She'll Darken, starring Chris Pine.
