Incredible adventures of Dynamo in England
In recent years, domestic cinema has made great strides in the sports drama genre. The shooting of a film about the British tour of the Dynamo Moscow football club has started in Moscow.In the fall of 1945, the English Football Association proposed a series of friendly matches between British teams and the champions of the Soviet Union. The first post-war USSR championship was won by Dynamo Moscow, who did not go on vacation and accepted an invitation from the homeland of football. Dynamo started the tour as a dark horse, but the very first match in Foggy Albion made it clear that Soviet football is developing at a rapid pace. Between 13 and 28 November 1945, Muscovites played four games against Chelsea, Cardiff City, Arsenal and Rangers. Two were won, two were tied, and the total goal difference was 19-9. According to modern estimates, 275,000 British football fans attended matches with Dynamo.  Alexei Pimanov is in the director's chair of the tape tentatively titled "Eleven Silent Men", and Roman Kurtsyn, Makar Zaporozhsky, Pavel Trubiner and other actors took part in the auditions for the role of Dynamo. The first stage of work will take place in Moscow, after which the film crew will visit St. Petersburg, Kaluga and London.
