This year, Lady Gaga was nominated for an Oscar for her role in the drama A Star is Born, and it wasn't long before the singer found a new film project for herself - it will be Ridley Scott's film dedicated to the murder of Maurizio Gucci.Ridley Scott showed interest in the tape about one of the most notorious crimes of the 90s eight years ago. However, there was no progress in the work on the project. Apparently, the director was inspired to return to a forgotten idea by the success of his film All the Money in the World, which tells about the tragedy in another influential family. Maurizio Gucci was the grandson of the founder of Gucci, one of the richest and most enviable suitors in Italy, but he fell in love with a commoner by the standards of his family - the beautiful Patricia Reggiani. Representatives of the Gucci clan opposed this alliance, but Maurizio did as he wanted and married Patricia. They had two daughters, but it cannot be said that their marriage was idyllic - the couple loved to quarrel, but quickly reconciled and there was no talk of divorce until one day Maurizio left for another woman. After the divorce, Patricia received part of the real estate and alimony, which to her, accustomed to a life of luxury, seemed like mere pennies. She cursed the ex-spouse in the press, sincerely wishing him death, and the last straw was rumors about Maurizio's impending marriage, and Patricia crossed the line - ordered the murder of her ex-husband. The Gucci heir was shot dead on the doorstep of his own office. It took the police two years to prove Patricia's guilt. She was sentenced to 29 years in prison, but in 2016 Reggiani, nicknamed the Black Widow, was released for good behavior.  It is reported that Scott's film will detail the possible motives of Patricia Reggiani. Whether she committed the crime out of money or out of hatred, or maybe the idea of killing Maurizio was actually planted on her by spirits during a seance. It's not hard to guess that Lady Gaga will play a black widow, and the Oscar-nominated collaboration with Ridley Scott has already attracted the attention of major Hollywood studios.
