Game of Thrones final season release schedule announced (Topic)

HBO has confirmed its earlier assumptions about the release schedule for the eighth, final, season of Game of Thrones. As reported with reference to the official press release of the Collider edition, it will be presented to viewers in 2019. HBO does not specifically specify when the release will take place.

Usually, new seasons of "Game of Thrones" started in the spring and only the seventh season was shown in the summer of 2017 due to delays in movieing and the complexity of special effects. Naturally, the details of the plot are kept in strict confidence. According to unconfirmed information so far, the creators of the show intend to shoot several final scenes of different content at once, and which one of them will eventually enter the eighth season, even the leading actors will not know. Among the directors will be the creator of the best episodes of the show, Miguel Sapochnik, as well as David Nutter, David Benioff and D.B. Weiss. The latter two are expected to movie the final episode of Game of Thrones.
