Jake Gyllenhaal will infiltrate the witness protection program
The role of Mysterio in the blockbuster "Spider-Man: Far From Home" carried Jake Gyllenhaal into the world of comics. The Academy Award nominee will produce and co-star in the film adaptation of the graphic novel Snow Blind.The comic strip by Ollie Masters and Tyler Jenkins follows a schoolboy named Teddy living in a small snow-covered town in Alaska. One day, a guy publishes a family photo on social networks. Teddy still suspects that he made a fatal mistake: his parents are in the federal witness protection program, and now very bad people know their location ... The adaptation of the comic will be done by writer and screenwriter Patrick Ness ("Voice of the Monster"), and the "Motor!" will be delivered by Swedish director Gustav Meller (Guilty). This is the second attempt to film Snow Blindness: in 2017, a comic strip could form the basis of a television series.  Gyllenhaal's character information is kept secret.
