Netflix Thriller Gets Replenished
Vincent D'Onofrio and John Bernthal, Richard Thomas joined the filming of the yet untitled thriller from the streaming platform Netflix. Viola Davis and Sandra Bullock are already firmly entrenched in the cast of the post-imprisonment drama. Nora Finsheldt ("Rebel") took the director's chair, and Graham King was appointed producer.In the center of the plot - Ruth Slater (Bullock), who gets freedom after serving a sentence for a brutal crime. But the past does not let go of the heroine. When a woman receives a lukewarm welcome at home, the former prisoner's only hope is to reunite with her long-lost sister, whom Ruth had to part with against her will. The script for the film was written by Christopher McQuarrie, who adapted the British miniseries Unforgiven. The drama has already started filming in Vancouver.
