Such stories are always difficult to adapt, but USA producers took a risk, and next year viewers will be able to plunge into the complex world of the original.As a result of the Great War, almost the entire population disappeared from the face of the Earth. The survivors are now subject to the One State. People are used to an authoritarian regime, where every person has a serial number, a glass house and sex on a schedule. However, such measures had their effect: harmony reigns in society. The film adaptation was taken up by director Hamlet Dulian, who does not yet have much experience in the world of cinema. According to the director himself, he has been working on the film adaptation of "We" for many years, and Alexander Talal ("Day Watch") helped him with the script.
