Christoph Waltz will build a corporation of evil
Austrian Christoph Waltz ("Inglourious Basterds") will join the collection of charming villains. The two-time Oscar winner will play the antagonist in the fantasy comedy The Portable Door.ArcLight Films, Story Bridge Films and The Jim Henson Company are based on the Tom Holt book series of the same name, described as a mix of the sitcom The Office and the fairy-tale Harry Potter saga. Together with Waltz, Patrick Gibson (OA) and Golden Globe applicant Guy Pearce (A Christmas Carol) joined the film crew. Gibson will appear as an intern at the mysterious London firm JW Wells & Co. One day, fate brings the protagonist to another employee of the corporation - the goblin Dennis Tanner (Pierce). Gibson's hero learns that he is working for a magical corporation of evil led by the charismatic Humphrey Wells (Waltz) ...
