Fiona Shaw meets Sherlock Holmes' sister
Casting continues for the adaptation of a series of novels about Sherlock Holmes's sister. Only recently we reported that Henry Cavill and Helena Bonham Carter got roles in the project called "Enola Holmes", as today news came about another addition to the cast of the adventure tape: BAFTA award winner Fiona Shaw, known to fans of television on the series Killing Eve.Enola Holmes is the younger sister of Sherlock (Cavill) and Mycroft. Like her brothers, the girl has a detective talent. When her mother, played by Helena Bonham Carter, disappears, Enola first turns to them for help, but then realizes that she will have to investigate the disappearance on her own. What image Fiona Shaw will embody has not yet been announced. The film adaptation of Nancy Springer's novels will be directed by Harry Bradbear, scripted by Jack Thorne, and Enola Holmes is slated to premiere in 2020.
