For the first time in the history of domestic film distribution, viewers were asked to choose the title of the film themselves. We are talking about the action Guns Akimbo with Daniel Radcliffe ("Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone", "The Swiss Knife Man"). The Kaskad-Film company, which is distributing the film in USA, invited the users of the social network VKontakte to vote for two versions of the name - the literal translation of Akimbo's Cannons and Mad Miles.Voting will go on until January 26, at the moment the name "Akimbo Cannons" is in the lead - 67% of the participants, of whom there are already more than 34 thousand, voted for it. In addition, the distribution company will select 20 people from among the voters who will be able to attend a special screening of the film in Moscow. Readers in the comments to the vote also suggest their own versions of the name of the action movie: "Two Barrels", "Bazooka Hands", "On the Trigger", "Left Crown, Right Funeral" and even "Man-Swiss Pistol". The film is about a simple guy named Miles who works in the video game industry and is far from real weapons and shooting. However, everything changes when he finds himself a participant in a deadly game in which he will have to save not only himself, but also his girlfriend, kidnapped by the organizers of a murderous show.  Two pistols are bolted to his hands, and he must defeat Nyx herself - the champion of the game who knows no defeat. He directed the film and wrote the script for Jason Lee Howden ("Fatal Orgasm"). In addition to Radcliffe, the action starred Samara Weaving (Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri), Ned Dennehy (Peaky Blinders), Reese Darby (Jumanji: The Next Level) and others.
