Wonder Woman's Girlfriends Will Become Toon
Last spring, Wonder Woman creator Patty Jenkins announced that Warner Bros. is preparing a painting about the inhabitants of the magical island of Temiskira. It looks like another spin-off about Amazons is brewing in the DC camp.Jenkins gave a new interview about the sequel to the movie comics, in which she mentioned that the WB management is asking about the animated series about the titular heroine's compatriots. Unfortunately, Patty didn't go into details of the project. With the Justice League disbanding and the poor performance of WB's Birds of Prey, there's no choice but to make Wonder Woman the face of the franchise. Not surprisingly, the studio is trying to launch several film and television projects about Amazons at once.
