Distributors continue to delight USA viewers with new products, but moviegoers are in no hurry to spend money on watching films on large screens, apparently expecting the arrival of the Joker. Compared to the previous week, movie theater receipts grew by only 7% and amounted to RUB 528.1 million.The top five for the weekend (September 26-29) is as follows: 1. "To the Stars"  Week at the box office: 1 Added: 199 million rubles. Total fees: 199 million rubles. Sank / Rise: - (-) Fantastic drama by James Gray continues to explore the territory, which was visited by "Gravity", "Interstellar" and "The Martian", but the film is far from their debut results, although it met the expectations of distributors. The action movie "Hero" received much more copies than "To the Stars", but lost to the opponent. Karen Hovhannisyan's film started at the same level with the films "Save Leningrad" (88.4 million rubles) and "Indestructible" (96.1 million rubles), but for a project with a budget of 250 million, this is still not enough. 3. What "It 2" failed to do was to break into the top ten grossing tapes of 2019. 5. "Strippers"  Week at the box office: 3 Added: 18.4 million rubles. Total fees: 159.1 million rubles. Sank / Rise: -2 (-52.4%) Not only Pennywise is doing well, but also a gang of strippers led by Jennifer Lopez. This weekend, the dancers bypassed another bunch of swindlers - the tape "Ocean's 8", which the USAs provided a collection of 161.1 million rubles.
