Castlevania will become an animated series
Frederator Animation Studio and Adi Shankar Producer will join forces on an animated series based on the cult video game series Castlevania , reports Collider .According to Shankar , a super-tough miniseries awaits viewers that will be able to turn the vampire genre on its head. Frederator focuses on animation projects such as Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Ninja Manuscript and Young Justice . The plot is based on the game Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse , which took place several centuries before the events of the first part of the franchise.
