As it became known to the information portal Deadline , there was a replenishment in the cast of the comedy Army of One . He was joined by Russell Brand (Escape from Vegas), Denis O'Hare (The Pyramid), Ken Marino (Milo ), Paul Scheer ("To Hell and Back") and Rain Wilson ("The Naked Drummer").The main role in the film went to Nicolas Cage, who will play Gary Faulkner , an ordinary hard worker from Colorado. One fine day, the hero decided that only he was capable of performing the most difficult mission - to go to Pakistan and catch Osama bin Laden himself. Without any special skills, Gary gave up his usual life and went in search of the leader of Al-Qaeda .   The project is directed by Larry Charles, and the script was written by Scott Rothman and Rajiv Joseph, based on an article by Chris Heath for GQ magazine. Dawn Ostroff, Jeremy Steckler, Emil Gladstone and James D. Stern are responsible for producing.  Gina Rodriguez will star in Purple Hearts , directed by Ben Levin. Elise Koplowitz Dutton, Leslie Morgenstein and Amy Baer have been producing production. At the center of the film, written by Kyle Jarrow, is a young up-and-coming musician ( Rodriguez ) and a soldier who tricked into marrying a heroine. Also among the future projects of the actress is Peter Berg's drama Underwater Horizon, the comedy Sharon 1.2.3. and the thriller Asher. The series will be a television adaptation of the novel of the same name by John Le Carre, the plot of which was adapted by David Farr. At the center of the story is theformer British Army soldier and now the manager of the fashionable hotel Jonathan Pine ( Hiddleston ), recruited by an intelligence agent ( Coleman ) to infiltrate a secret network that sells illegal weapons. To expose the machinations of the head of this empire Richard Onslow-Roper ( Laurie ), his girlfriend Jed ( Debitsky ) and companion ( Hollander ), Pine himself will be forced to become a criminal.
