As reported exclusively by the Tracking Board resource, Gail Berman has decided to produce the film adaptation of the bestselling Turn of Mind by writer Alice Laplante , which was released in 2012 and received many positive reviews.The main character of the book is Jennifer White , an orthopedic surgeon who has not been practicing for a long time due to progressive dementia. The story begins with the fact that Jennifer's best friend is found murdered, and four fingers have been surgically removed from one of her hands. White has, of course, become the prime suspect. However, due to violations of her mental activity, the main character herself is not sure of anything ... Berman previously produced projects such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the thriller Virtuality starring Nikolai Coster-Waldau.
