The Academy has changed the broadcast schedule for the Oscars 2018. As reported in an official press release, which was received by the Novosti Kino portal, the anniversary show starts 30 minutes earlier than in previous years, that is, at about 4 am Moscow time. In the capital of USA, it will already be Monday morning, March 5. The passage of guests and participants of the Oscar 2018 ceremony on the red carpet will also begin earlier - at two thirty minutes Moscow time. Traditionally, the Cinema News portal will follow the events in real time. The show, as in 2017, will be hosted by the popular American TV presenter Jimmy Kimmel. The list of nominees for the anniversary award in the main categories will be announced on January 23, 2018, when it will be announced at a special ceremony. Recall that USA will be represented by a drama in the fight for a place in the nomination "Best Foreign Language Film" "Dislike", created by director Andrei Zvyagintsev.
