Denzel Washington Receives Achievement Award
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has announced that Denzel Washington will be honored with the prestigious Cecil B. DeMille Film Achievement Golden Globe Awards .“During his distinguished career, Denzel has played countless roles on both sides of the camera, said Lorenzo Soria, President of the Association . -We will be honored to recognize his contribution to the development of the industry with the Cecil B. DeMille Award ". His first of seven nominations for the Hollywood Foreign Press Association Washington received in 1988. Two years later, Denzel won the battle for Golden Globes thanks to his portrayal of Private Trip from the military drama Valor, and in 2000 he repeated his success helped the role of boxer Rubin Carter in the biopic "Hurricane".  Last year, George Clooney won the Cecil B. DeMille Award . A well-deserved award will find Denzel Washington at the 73rd Golden Globe Awards on January 10, 2016 .
