Christian Bale will drive a Ferrari
As it became known to journalists Deadline , Christian Bale agreed to play the role of the Italian auto industry tycoon Enzo Ferrari in the biographical drama Michael Mann (Skirmish), which begins filming next summer. Let us remind you that earlier Al Pacino applied for this role.Sources say Mann has been working on the project for almost 15 years and has previously worked with the late director Sidney Pollack. Ferrari is set in 1957; the details of the plot have not yet been disclosed, but it is known that the tape will contain life, death, passion, as well as successes and failures. Currently, another biopic dedicated to the famous racer and entrepreneur is in the works. In the competing project, Robert De Niro is going to play the main role.  Bale and Mann have already worked together on the set of the 2009 film Johnny D. Recent projects with Christian Bale include the melodrama Knight of Cups by Terrence Malick, and upcoming films include The Big Selling Game. In addition, Bagheera will speak in the voice of this actor in Andy Serkis's cartoon "The Jungle Book: The Beginning".
