National Geographic will tell about the Chernobyl tragedy
According to The Hollywood Reporter , the National Geographic channel has begun work on a mini-series about the Chernobyl disaster that occurred on April 26, 1986.The miniseries will be based on the book by Adam Higginbotham The Invisible Enemy: The Untold Story of the Battle of Chernobyl . The work is currently being prepared for printing. The details of the plot are still kept secret. The project will be led by Oscar-winning producer Scott Rudin (No Country for Old Men), who himself acquired the rights to film the book and then submitted the project to the National Geographic Society channel.  The producer recently signed a three-year deal with Fox Networks Group to develop and produce series for National Geographic and Fox channels.
