Fox to film Johnny Handsome biopic
The Tracking Board shares exclusive information that 20th Century Fox and Davis Entertainment have begun work on the biopic of the infamous mobster Johnny Roselli , nicknamed Handsome Johnny in criminal circles.The film is produced by John Davis and Ira Napoliello, and will be overseen by Michael Ireland. The gangster, whose real name is Filippo Sacco , was born in 1905 in Italy. Roselli worked closely with the Chicago mafia, and in the end he managed to establish contacts with the criminal families of Los Angeles.
