Shane Black pulls off the heist before the storm
As The Tracking Board exclusively learned, Shane Black screenwriter, director and actor is preparing to work on a new project - he will produce the Category 5 thriller for by StudioCanal .In the center of the events of the film is a group of thieves planning a risky business - to rob the island of the head of the cartel in a short period of time before the storm. It is reported that the prototype of the criminal boss for the creators of the future picture was Pablo Escobar, who allegedly hid huge sums of money on the island because he did not trust banks. The script for the new project was written by Steve Wilder, who participated as an actor on the filming of Iron Man 3 and The Nice Guys Black . The new tape is described as a robbery movie, close in spirit to the Fast and the Furious franchise. The production with Black will be shared by Ori Marmour and Neil H. Moritz, who served in this capacity on Fast and Furious 7.  The first work of the Black screenwriter was the action movie Lethal Weapon, and his directorial debut took place in 2005 with the crime comedy Kiss Through. Often the filmmaker also works in the frame. So, Shane played one of the roles in the cult film "Predator", which he plans to reboot in the future.
