The Latino Review portal shares rumors that Marvel has completed its search for a starring role in the blockbuster Captain Marvel . The bosses of the film company are still keeping the name of the actress a secret, but insiders say that the first appearance of the famous comic book heroine on the screens will take place in the blockbuster Avengers: Age of Ultron. Indirectly, this information is confirmed by the fact that Marvel decided to include Carol Danvers in the sets of action figures, the release of which will be timed to coincide with the premiere of Joss Whedon's film." Captain Marvel " will be the first solo film about a female superhero in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe . Insiders report that the studio has a rough draft of the script, and the legendary author of comics about Carol Danvers - Jim Starlin will act as a creative consultant for the project. Last month, rumors surfaced that Angelina Jolie might be nominating for Captain Marvel's directorial chair. Among the candidates for the lead role in the film were the names of Katherine Winnick, Natalie Dormer, Katie Sackhoff, Yvonne Strahovski, Emily Blunt and other actresses.
