John Cena will replace Sylvester Stallone in Jackie Chan movie
Popular American rastler, TV presenter and actor John Cena, whose Hollywood career has been on the rise lately, will play in an action movie alongside legendary Chinese actor Jackie Chan. According to The Wrap, the as-yet-unnamed movie will take place in the Middle East. The plot revolves around a security officer (Chan) tasked with ensuring the safety of a group of civilian specialists in Iraq. The protagonist learns through his channels that the militants intend to take over the oil refinery and is joining forces with a former Marine (Sina) to stop them. Note that Cena will replace Sylvester Stallone, who left him earlier, in the project. Scott Waugh, who has directed the movies "Law of Valor" and "Need for Speed:", is appointed director of the movie.
